FROZEN SOUR PEAR PIE




INGREDIENTS:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ drams  = 1 ½ teaspoons (.125 oz. bottles) LorAnn Super Strength Pear Flavoring LorAnn Oils
4 teaspoons Tart & Sour  Fruit Flavor Enhancer – LorAnn Gourmet  LorAnn Oils
 Neon green food coloring , 4 - 6 drops (optional)
1 ¼ cups whipping cream, whipped
1 shortbread crust (9 inches)

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pear flavoring and tart and sour.  Mix well.  Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix in.  Add more or less food coloring depending on the desired shade and intensity of green.   

Whip 1 ¼  cups whipping cream. Fold a fourth of the whipped cream into grape mixture; fold in remaining whipped cream.   Spoon about 1/8 cup into a small bowl.  Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir. Set aside.  Pour the remaining mixture into the crust.  With a teaspoon drop dollops of the brighter green mixture on top of the pie.  Using a knife, make swirling motions to make a swirled texture of greens in your pie.  Cover and Freeze over night.



Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE SPREAD FROSTY S’MORE PIE





INGREDIENTS:
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
1 jar (13 oz.) chocolate spread (Hershey’s has a chocolate spread)
1 graham cracker crust or shortbread crust (9 inches)
2 ½  cups miniature marshmallows
½ cup chocolate marshmallows, cut into miniature pieces (optional)
¼ cup chocolate chunks, (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese & cream until thickened.  Add Chocolate Spread; beat just until completely combined.  Spoon into crust.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
After it sets, top pie with the marshmallows and chocolate chunks (optional); press  gently into the filling.  Broil 6 in. from heat for 1-2 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown.   Place in the freezer overnight.

Remove from Freezer, let sit about 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.

¼ cup chocolate chunks, (optional)
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted* (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese & cream until thickened.  Add Chocolate Spead; beat just until completely combined.  Spoon into crust.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
After it sets, top pie with the marshmallows, sliced almonds (optional) and chocolate chunks (optional); press  gently into the filling.  Broil 6 in. from heat for 1-2 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown.   Place in the freezer overnight.
Remove from Freezer, let sit about 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.

*to toast almonds, place in a single layer on a baking pan.  Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 3 minutes.  Stir, then bake 1 more minute.  Remove from oven and let cool.

FROZEN SOUR APPLE PIE




INGREDIENTS:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 drams (.125 oz. bottles) LorAnn Super Strength Apple Flavoring (http://lorannoils.com/)
3 teaspoons Tart & Sour  Fruit Flavor Enhancer – LorAnn Gourmet  ( http://lorannoils.com/ )
 Neon Green food coloring , 7 – 14 drops (optional)
Green food coloring, 2 drops (optional )
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup whipping cream, whipped (for garnish)
Green jelly bellies (for garnish)
1 shortbread crust (9 inches)

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, apple flavoring and tart and sour.  Mix well.  Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix in.  Add more or less food coloring depending on the desired shade and intensity of green.   

Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold a fourth of the whipped cream into apple mixture; fold in remaining whipped cream.  Spoon into crust.  Cover and Freeze over night.



Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.  Garnish with the reserved whipped cream and green candies.

RASPBERRY ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE (FROZEN)





This frozen dessert is a perfect summer’s treat.  It is an Orange Creamsicle with an essence of Raspberry to enhance the natural Orange flavors.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
7 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1/8  teaspoon raspberry extract (As of June 2013 Walmart carries raspberry extract)
 Red Food Coloring
Yellow Food Coloring
1 ¾ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 cup whipping cream, whipped (for garnish)
Wilton’s pearlized sprinkles  - sugar pearls (for garnish)
Orange sugar crystals
1 shortbread crust (9 inches)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice and raspberry extract.  Mix well.  Add a couple drops of red and a few drops of yellow food coloring and mix in.  Add more or less food coloring depending on the desired shade of orange (food coloring is always optional anyway)   

Whip 1 ¾ cup whipping cream. Fold a fourth of the whipped cream into orange mixture; fold in remaining whipped cream.  Spoon into crust.  Cover and Freeze over night.

Whip 1 cup of whipping cream.  Refrigerate and reserve for garnish.


Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.  Garnish with the reserved whipped cream, sugar pearls and orange sugar crystals.
