FRESH RASPBERRY PEACH SLUSHY - SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS:
6 medium peaches, peeled, sliced, pureed
6 oz. fresh raspberries, washed and drained
4 cups crushed ice
6 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons light corn syrup

DIRECTIONS:

In a food processor, puree the peaches, add the raspberries, puree.  Add the sugar and mix in.  Take one cup of the fruit mixture and add to a blender.  Add 4 cups ice and light corn syrup.  Repeat the process with the remaining fruit mixture.  Garnish with a raspberry and whipping cream (optional). Serve with a straw or a spoon/straw.   Makes about 8 servings.

POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:
¼ cup Almond Milk
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
9 tablespoons chocolate powdered peanut butter (chocolate PB2)
6 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend well.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.  For a frostier treat, freeze for about 1 hour in the freezer.

PINA COLDADA SMOOTHIE



Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) container Pineapple Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks or tidbits (the ones from Trader Joe’s work really well)
8 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon toasted Coconut, optional

Directions:
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until combined.  Serve and enjoy.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE



A protein smoothie without the protein aftertaste.


INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Chobani Vanilla and Chocolate Chunk Greek Yogurt
1 package Carnation Instant Breakfast (or use sweetened coco powder)
¼ cup milk (or almond milk)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop peanut butter and chocolate ice cream, optional

DIRECTIONS:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.  Blend until combined.  For a delicious frozen smoothie, freeze overnight.  This is full of protein and can be a meal replacer.
